James has a true passion to help tradies enjoy life while they grow their business. His biggest motivator starts at home, as a dad of two energy filled boys, and husband to Sheridan, family and quality of life are his
number one focus.
After years working in senior project management roles in trades and construction, James has a strong knowledge of the onsite and offsite tools needed to improve your business, and as a proud Xero Gold Advisor can map out the best tech to get you on cloud 9.

With a background in administration and workflow management she is your go-to with organising internal schedules, implementing templates and automations and making sure everything is reconciled !
She loves to help clients get organised.
Famous for her office banter, she is uber positive and keeps us all on track, all whilst juggling two boys under 5.
ALICIA HOUGH
BOOKKEEPER
With a strong customer service background Alicia brings her calm diligent and warm energy to the Vital Accounts team. She is super organised and ensures all her bookwork is neat, tidy and always up to date.
Whilst bookkeeping keeps her busy, she also has a very creative side, which allows her to design and take care of our socials here in the office.
Away from her desk she loves spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Having worked in the trade administration industry for over 7 years, Sarah’s knowledge within the bookkeeping and trade field make her an important member of the Vital Accounts team.
Sarah brings a level of enthusiasm and professionalism to her role guaranteeing the process runs smoothly for her clients. She prides her self on her strong work ethic and always does her best to achieve a positive outcome.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with her dog, family and friends.
